Enjoyed an excellent experience
Enjoyed an excellent experience. Visited the shop and spoke to Mario who gave me some excellent advice and was great though out the process. I bought the massage chair and it got delivered within a week. The delivery team were excellent as it was very hard to get into the back of the house! First class service. Would definitely recommend Komoder.

Hubby loving it…
This was brought as a surprise gift for my husband birthday,he absolutely loves his focus11 chair. Has been using it every day. I cannot praise the two delivery men who delivery and set up the chair, I actually learnt more on what the remote control did from them , than I did when visiting the show room!. I had a call with Adriana but unfortunately was unable to see her the day was visiting the showroom as it was a day she did not work . The showroom experience is the reason I did not give you 5stars. I was not too happy with the salesman who could not answer my question and just said play around you will figure it out ! No I wanted you to show me. And when I asked about your returns policy ( incase my husband did not like it) he kinda ignored it. Then took a personal call whilst we dealing with the purchase!! Which resulted in him booking the wrong delivery date ( we agreed on his birthday actual came the day before? To be honest it’s is only the fact that I needed a chair so soon that I did not leave without buying. So avoid the self obsessed salesman if you can unless he had already left for South America

Tried all the chairs in the London…
Tried all the chairs in the London showroom and opted for the Therapeutix. The delivery went smoothly and on time. I have now had it a week and absolutely love it. Great after a game of golf and also last thing in the evening. I sleep very well after a massage. My only quibble is that the instruction book has such small print that it appears more complicated than necessary.

Well I like it…
I phone ordered my massage chair after reading the specs of all the chairs available on the internet Both the sales people I dealt with were very good at the job Delivery and installation was good the installers went through the basic functions with me 3 months ago down the line after using the chair at least every alternate day I still am satisfied with it .
